Caveman / Circuit

Caveman / Circuits were created by the founders of TNT and were derived from the ancient Viking tradition of lifting odd objects. They prepare your body to face any unexpected situation. Think strong to be strong. Good fun and a great overall workout.

New to Bray and Ireland, TNT Gym Bray’s DinaHIIT – High intensity interval training at its best. a short and sweet workout with max results. Suitable for all levels.
