Caveman at TNT Gym Bray

Caveman / Circuit

Caveman / Circuits were created by the founders of TNT and were derived from the ancient Viking tradition of lifting odd objects. They prepare your body to face any unexpected situation. Think strong to be strong. Good fun and a great overall workout.

TNT Gym Bray’s high tempo class with light to medium resistance. Expect high repetitions throughout. Functional movement makes this class a great workout for all body types.
